High-Tipping Bucket with Retaining Bracket

Connection to Hydraulic System

The hydraulic mechanism of the attachment is driven by the hydraulic system of the earth-moving machine. Therefore, the earth-moving machine requires a corresponding control circuit for the operation.

Check with the earth-moving machine manufacturer whether a suitable control circuit is available. If necessary, have the control circuit retrofitted by a specialist company.

Note

The connecting hoses of the hydraulics are not supplied with the attachment (see Connecting Hoses).

Connecting hydraulic system:
  1. Remove protective caps.

  2. Clean connections on connecting hoses and earth-moving machine.

  3. Fasten connecting hoses.

  4. Fasten sealing screws with specified tightening torque (see Tightening Torques).

  5. Fit the protective spirals to the connecting hoses.

  6. Vent the hydraulic system (according to the instructions of the earth-moving machine manufacturer).

Note

For safety and environmental reasons it is required that the hydraulic connections on the earth-moving machine are equipped with ball valves and/or quick release couplings.
